Aluminum Hydroxide

The raw material of micro power aluminum hydroxide is sodium aluminate solution with high purity, and the ultrafine aluminum hydroxide powder is produced by precipitation method. It has the characteristics of small particle size, high whiteness and high chemical purity.

Aluminum Hydroxide as a new inorganic flame retardant, it has the characteristics of halogen-free, low-smoke, non-toxic, anti-drip and filling. It is mainly used for glass and ceramic industry .It can also be used as filling materials in building boards, artificial marble, paper and other products.

Aluminum hydroxide is the most widely used inorganic flame retardant, as a flame retardant not only can prevent flame retardant, and can prevent smoke, do not produce drops, do not produce toxic gas, therefore, more widely used, the amount of use is increasing year by year .Scope of use: low smoke halogen free cable materials, silicone rubber, thermosetting plastics, thermoplastics, synthetic rubber, paint, rubber insulation materials and building materials and other industries.

-Cable industry: It can be used as an insulating and protective material for wires and cables.

-Plastics industry: It is an inorganic flame retardant that can be used in the resin synthetic rubber and plastics industry.

-Glass industry: It can be used in glass industry to increase whiteness, transparency, glossiness and brightness.

-It can be used as a raw material for the production of aluminum fluoride, cryolite, aluminum sulfate, alumina oxide and other mineral salt products.

-Battery industry: It can be used for lithium battery diaphragm coating material to play a heat resistance, high temperature resistance, insulation role.

-Paper production industry: It can improve the whiteness, opacity, smoothness and ink absorption of coated paper, and can also be used in the production of various high-grade papers.

-Rubber industry: It can improve the resistance of silicone rubber to leakage marking and corrosion resistance.

-It can be added to thermoplastic PVC products, that is, it can play a flame retardant role and can inhibit the production of smoke.
