Product Introduction:
Polyaluminum chloride is a kind of inorganic polymer water treatment agent with large molecular weight and high charge, which is produced by the bridging action of hydroxide ions and the polymerization of polyvalent anions. Its molecular structure is large, adsorption capacity is strong, dosage is small, treatment cost is low; It has good solubility and high activity, and the alum formed by condensation in water is large, and the settlement is fast. The purification capacity is 2-3 times larger than that of other inorganic flocculants. It has strong adaptability, little influence by PH value and temperature of water, and the raw water reaches the national drinking water standard after purification. The content of Yang and anion in the treated water is low, which is conducive to the ion exchange treatment and the preparation of high pure water. Widely used in drinking water, paper sizing and so on.
Product Features:
1. High Al2O3 content, ≥29.5%
2. The base salt degree is low, only 50%, while the base salt degree of ordinary polyaluminum is about 90%
3. Water insoluble matter is small, only 0.3%, while ordinary polyaluminum has more than 2%.
4. The color is pure and white, except Al3+ does not contain any heavy metals, the aqueous solution of the product water is clear and transparent, without any color, while the color of the ordinary polyaluminum aqueous solution is yellow or brown.
5. Low iron content, easy to dissolve at low temperature.

Usage:
1. Mainly used for drinking water, industrial water supply, oilfield reinjection water, circulating cooling water and all kinds of sewage (such as urban sewage, oily sewage, printing and dyeing sewage, papermaking sewage, steel mill sewage decolorization, etc.) treatment.
2. Used in tanning leather, medicine, cosmetics and precision casting and other fields.
3. Aluminum sulfate is only suitable for acid sizing, while polyaluminum chloride can be sizing in acidic and neutral environment, the corrosion of the system is significantly weakened, and the treatment of white water is easier.
4. Can be filled with cheap calcium carbonate filler, not only reduce the production cost, improve the whiteness and folding resistance of the paper, but also overcome the inevitable shortcomings of synthetic rubber (such as AKD, etc.) (such as slipping, sizing degree is difficult to control, etc.).
5. Using polyaluminum chloride sizing, the retention and filtration of the slurry are significantly improved.
6. Paper performance in addition to the fracture length, other indicators are improved in different degrees.
