It is produced by precipition method with the sodium-aluminate solution from sintering process,with the characters of fine particle size,by strictly controlling the growth of the original grains of aluminum hydroxide flame retardant products through seed separation technology, ultrafine aluminum hydroxide micropowders with single crystal form, complete grains, narrow particle size distribution, and high whiteness can be obtained. The prepared aluminum hydroxide flame retardant has good compatibility, dispersibility, flowability, superior flame retardant performance, and flame retardant effect can reach V-O level. It is a polyurethane foam material, wire and cable, latex product New inorganic flame retardants for industries such as flame-retardant building materials, thermoplastic plastics, and flame-retardant carpets.
